Stefania Zeppieri
Conservation and Restoration of library and archival assets, works of art on paper and related artifacts
My Restoration Experience
During many years of professional activity I have developed specialized skills in the conservation and restoration of books, archives, works on paper and related artifacts.
In particular, I deal with the analysis of conservation environments and collections (archives, libraries, museum environments, private collections), the prevention of physical, chemical and biological damage, the design of diagnostic protocols aimed at analyzing and evaluating the state of conservation, restoration of book and archival materials, works of art on paper and similar artifacts, conditioning, assembly and preparation of materials for exhibitions, preventive conservation of materials in digitization projects.
I have also been sharing these skills for years through my teaching commitment as a university teacher and, since 2022, I have been invited to join Fondazione Fedrigoni Fabriano’s Scientific Committee.
